We stand behind every Happy Album we create. If your album doesn't meet our high standards or arrives damaged, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund - no questions asked.
Each album is handcrafted with care and undergoes quality checks before shipping. However, if anything goes wrong, we're here to help within 30 days of delivery.
Custom Product Policy
Since each Happy Album is custom-made specifically for you using your personal photos and design choices, we cannot accept returns for:
- •Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- •Customer design errors (unless we failed to show accurate previews)
- •Minor color variations due to screen differences
We provide detailed previews and proofs before production to ensure satisfaction.

Refund Timeline
Processing Time

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit cards, this appears as a credit on your statement. PayPal refunds return to your PayPal balance.
Currency Note: All refunds are processed in GBP (British Pounds). For orders placed in EUR, USD, or CAD, the refund amount will be converted at the current exchange rate, which may differ from the original transaction.
Damaged During Shipping
If your album arrives damaged, act quickly to ensure a smooth resolution:

- 1. Photo the damaged outer packaging before opening
- 2. Photo the damaged product from multiple angles
- 3. Keep all packaging materials
- 4. Email photos to hello@happyalbums.com immediately
We'll handle the carrier claim and send your replacement immediately, typically arriving within 5-7 business days.
International Returns
European Union
EU customers have 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. However, this doesn't apply to personalized products like custom photo albums.
Rest of World
We typically offer replacements rather than returns to avoid customs complications. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.
Customs Note: Returned items may be subject to customs duties in your country. We cannot refund customs fees paid on the original order.
